Key Objectives

  • Resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product and service information.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through the live chat system.
  • Assist customers by providing product information, troubleshooting guidance, and order support.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Track and document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and tools.
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and upselling opportunities during chats.
