JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Business Development Consultant is responsible for driving new business development, expanding strategic client relationships, and positioning Kaleidoscope’s services as trusted, consultative solutions that enable client success and long-term growth. Candidate must be located in greater Boston/New England area or greater Seattle, WA area. |Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- 10+ years of experience in product development, business leadership, and cross-functional team management preferred.
- Experience in Medical Device, MedTech, Automation, or Robotics industries, required.
- Established network of industry contacts and relationships within consumer products, medical device, MedTech, automation, and/or robotics markets.
- Prior consulting and product development experience, preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Tools and Equipment Used
- Standard office productivity tools, CRM platforms, and presentation software.
Travel
- Heavy: up to 50% of the time
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales reporting tools preferred.
Physical & Mental Demands
Frequently required to sit at a desk/workstation for long period of time
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
Light lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.
Ability to speak to and hear clients via phone or in person
Ability to analyze unique situations and develop appropriate response
