We are currently seeking a Supv, Rental Tool Services for our Casper, WY location.

 

PURPOSE:

Participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any rental tools services and critical pressure control operations to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. Supervises the field service personnel performing on-site services including installation, maintenance, and repair.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Provides technical support to crew and clients at the well site; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff; communicates with internal and external clients

• Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well site

• Advises customer on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction; troubleshoots issues on well site to reduce non-productive time; supervises operations on well site

• Manages storage and inventories of supplies and assets on the rig.

• Ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards

• Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation

• Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees

• Develops expertise on advanced techniques; participates in knowledge sharing

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Less than High School Education

Degree Field (s): •

Work Experience: 0-2 years

Supervisory Experience: Not applicable

Related Experience:

• Relevant experience in rental tools services operations

• High mechanical aptitude

• Extensive knowledge of high pressure projects and equipment used in pressure control

• Demonstrated experience with critical well control.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent

Degree Field (s): •

Work Experience: 2-4 years

Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years

Related Experience:

•Experience maintaining service contracts

•Extensive experience in troubleshooting pressure control operations on a well site

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Precise hand/eye coordination: Constantly

Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: Occasionally

Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: Frequently

Lifting/pushing objects weighing over: > 50 lbs: Frequently

Climbing and working in awkward and cramped positions: Frequently

Other (please specify):

• Ability to work on level and unleveled surfaces as well as up and down ladders and stairs

• Exposure to inclement weather, bright lights, loud noise, dust, gas, and/or fumes

• Ability to do shift work

 

Hourly Rate Range:

$9.37 - $18.73
