About the Role

As a Key Accounts Representative, you will play a key role in the relationship maintenance and servicing of accounts in the region. You’ll work closely with local clientele and our management team to guarantee long-term satisfaction and retention of our route establishments.

 

What you’ll do

Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain account continuity: Provide a consistent presence at assigned locations to gather feedback, track requests, and reinforce the company’s role as the preferred provider through responsiveness, follow-through, and relationship stewardship.

  • Monitor market & account trends: Observe patterns across assigned locations, including service expectations, competitor presence, status changes, and emerging market dynamics, to identify trends that may impact account retention or preference.

  • Identify operational barriers: Recognize process breakdowns, unmet expectations, service disruptions, or other friction points at assigned locations and ensure they are documented and visible internally to support timely awareness and follow-up.

 

Collaborations and Partnerships

  • Escalate field insights: Share field observations, market context, and identified operational barriers with leadership and internal teams to enable awareness, continuity, and coordinated follow-up.

 

Other Responsibilities

Represent industry partnerships: Act as a company representative at local association meetings, leagues, and industry events, strengthening external relationships and promoting the company’s presence in the market.

Relieve route demands: Assist with route collection, ATM and service support, equipment installs or moves, and on-call coverage as needed, in accordance with established standards for those roles.

Mandatory compliance requirements: Maintain all safety and legal standards, including maintaining a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass drug and background screening

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Education

An associate’s degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

 

Experience

Requires 1–3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated transferable skills.

 

Work Environment

This role primarily operates in a customer facing indoor environment that is typically climate-controlled and temperature stable. Occasional movement between indoor areas may result in brief exposure to outdoor conditions.

This role requires regular local travel between company locations or job sites. Travel is typically within the same day and does not require overnight stays.
