Now Hiring - Resident Assistant

The Evergreens - Hillview Health Care Campus

Position Type: Part-Time (40-59 hours per pay period)

Schedule: Overnight Shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am) includes every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Starting Wage: $18.51 per hour plus applicable shift & weekend differentials

 

Overview: FLSA: Non-Exempt This is a resident care position in the assisted living settings for the Long-Term Care Campuses of La Crosse County where there is an emphasis in person centered care and a home like environment. Employees are selected by and work under the supervision of the Assisted Living Supervisor.

Compassionate Communication: Demonstrates courtesy, professionalism, and respectful interaction with residents, families, and team members.

• Good Judgment & Awareness: Observes resident needs, recognizes changes in condition, and reports concerns promptly.

Dependable Team Player: Reliable attendance, willingness to learn, and effective collaboration with supervisors and clinical staff.

Medication & Clinical Support: Safely administers medications following the Five Rights; performs basic clinical tasks and vital signs as allowed.

Personal Care Assistance: Provides support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, meals, and transfers.

Documentation & Safety Practices: Accurately documents care, follows assisted living regulations, and maintains a safe, clean environment.

 

LocationThe Evergreens at Hillview is an exciting, new Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) on the Hillview Health Care Campus. As we welcome residents, we are seeking compassionate team members to join us in providing exceptional care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
