What You’ll Do:

• This will primarily be a Full Time “on-the-road” position. Expect to make travel runs south from Los Angeles 50-75% of the time. You’ll receive your work list 3-5 days before deployment, and inspections can be grouped together to minimize driving
• Inspections generally pay about $12-$20 each depending on the cost of the trip and density of inspections. Mileage and drivetime are factored into the fees. Once you’ve established a routine and are running at capacity, you can expect to be earning around $5,000 per month.
• Travel
  to residential homes to complete exterior (interior photos here and there)
  property inspections
• Take
  photos and upload via our web application.
• Provide
  high-quality, professional service that delivers accuracy and on-time
  service, with exceptional communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1099 Independent Contractors – Be your own boss, set
  your own schedule!
• Flexible Hours – Work during daylight hours, Monday through
  Saturday.
• Comfortable Working Outdoors – This role requires you
  to work in various weather conditions.
• Tech-Savvy – A recent smartphone or tablet.
• Reliable
  Vehicle & Driver’s License – Travel to residential properties
  within your area.
• Strong Communication Skills – You’re a professional
  and a persistent communicator. You’re not someone who just disappears when
  things get tough.
• Microsoft Excel Familiarity – Basic computer skills
  are necessary for managing your inspections.

Compensation:

• Independent Contractors – You get paid per inspection.
• Fees – Vary based on location and inspection type, allowing for
  higher earning potential as you demonstrate competency.
• Pay -$5,000 per month.
