LaBella is hiring a Residential Studio Director to co-lead our Davidson, NC studio and also develop opportunities at multiple locations around the country.
Duties:
- Leading our current residential design studio in Davidson, NC
- Engaging with our existing staff and developing a strong working relationship which includes understanding their existing roles and responsibilities.
- Develop additional business opportunities outside of the existing builders and networks that are already in place
- Establish an in-house Interior Design scope of work that we can offer to our existing and future clients.
Travel between the Davidson, NC office and to other locations where opportunities are present
Requirements
- 15-20 years of overall experience within the residential market.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Sketching and conceptual design capabilities that can be communicated to potential clients as well as team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently and as needed to engage the current team.
