As a Residential Support Counselor, you'll:聽
鉁旓笍 Build meaningful relationships while providing compassionate, person-centered support聽
鉁旓笍 Teach daily living skills such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks聽
鉁旓笍 Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and recreational outings聽
鉁旓笍 Document progress and collaborate with clinical teams to support individual goals聽
鉁旓笍 Respond to challenging situations using trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques聽
