Position Overview:
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to company standards while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency. You’ll help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, stays clean, and is always ready to serve our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Sapp Bros. standards
• Maintain quick ticket times while ensuring food quality and accuracy
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers and other cooking equipment
• Prep, portion, and organize food before, during, and after service
• Monitor food temperatures and complete required food safety logs
• Stock, rotate, and maintain product levels in coolers, freezers, and hot/cold cases
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized, including dishwashing duties
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed
