We’re seeking a servant-hearted, results-driven Operations Manager to help lead our growing restaurant. This role is ideal for leaders who love developing teams, optimizing systems, and creating a culture of excellence.


What You’ll Do


This is a hands on position in a very busy restaurant. This position requires someone with ambition, commitment to excellence, and great work ethic.


Operational Leadership

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold Chick-fil-A standards in food safety, speed, and hospitality.
  • Coach and hold others accountable to KPI goals for accuracy, throughput, and guest satisfaction.
  • Execute systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business results.
  • Maintain operational excellence in cleanliness, food quality, and facility presentation.
  • Resolve guest issues with care and professionalism using the HEARD model.
  • Manage cash accountability, deposits, and compliance checklists.
  • Ensure team adherence to policies, dress code, and service expectations.


Team Development

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members and leaders.
  • Provide consistent feedback and recognition; conduct reviews and development plans.
  • Model servant leadership and build a culture of respect, teamwork, and growth.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and community engagement events that support our mission.


Who You Are

  • Proven experience in restaurant or retail operations management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven decision maker familiar with KPIs and performance tracking.
  • A genuine servant leader who leads by example and inspires others.
  • Flexible schedule availability (no Sundays).
