Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming dining experience  

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system  

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner  

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions  

• Check guest satisfaction throughout service and resolve concerns appropriately  

• Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and comps  

• Follow all alcohol service laws and casino gaming regulations  

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas  

• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards  

• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers  

• Respect and uphold tribal culture, values, and guest service standards  

• Perform side work and opening/closing duties as assigned  

• All other duties as assigned 

Required Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred  

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems  

• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s)  

• Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)  

Physical Requirements  

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods  

• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–40 lbs.)  

• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions  

Work Environment & Schedule  

• Indoor restaurant and casino environment  

• Exposure to noise, crowds, and secondhand smoke (where applicable)  

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events  

Education and Experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred  

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
