What You’ll Do

You’ll step into real leadership by:

  • Opening/closing the restaurant as a key holder
  • Leading shifts and keeping the team aligned and efficient
  • Training new Team Members and setting the standard
  • Handling guest interactions and service recovery
  • Supporting senior leadership with daily operations
  • Managing cash tasks like drawer counts and closing procedures
