Will travel with the team weekly to customer locations across their region. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program Travel to retail locations Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times This Is an Active Job You will spend most of your shift: Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching Climbing ladders when needed Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment If you enjoy staying active, working on your feet, and being rewarded for strong performance, this role is a great fit. What We're Looking For At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using handheld technology Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
