This position combines customer service, retail operations, and warehouse support in a fast-paced recreational setting. Team members help keep our stores stocked, organized, and running smoothly while providing friendly service to campers, boaters, anglers, and visitors enjoying the lakes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests in retail and marina store locations
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise and supplies
- Receive, organize, and store deliveries in warehouse and retail areas
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe retail and warehouse spaces
- Support daily operations during busy weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail, warehouse, marina, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
