Revenue & Cost (Financial) Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue & Cost Analyst to join our Accounting/Finance team. In this role, you’ll go beyond the numbers—helping the business understand what’s driving performance, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and partnering across departments to improve results.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze revenue and cost (COGS) performance, identifying and explaining variances vs. budget and prior periods
• Serve as a key check-and-balance across departments, ensuring financial results align with contract terms and operational activity
• Partner with Accounting during the monthly close process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of key customers, contracts, and business drivers
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting
• Develop and improve financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements
• Leverage systems (ERP and reporting tools) to automate and streamline workflows
• Support additional financial analysis, modeling, and reporting initiatives as you grow in the role

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and experience working with large datasets
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly explain results
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and process optimization

Compensation:
60,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
