RN Floor Nurse

Job Summary:

Monument Healthcare and Nursing Center, a premier healthcare facility in Scottsbluff, NE, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Floor Nurse. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care to a diverse range of patients, including long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document patient status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies
• Provide emotional support and education to patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence and well-being
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Nebraska

• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of current clinical practices and guidelines
