Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality bedside care, oversee resident clinical needs, and serve as a leader on the floor. Key Responsibilities

Direct Care: Provide exceptional bedside care, monitor vital signs, and ensure overall resident comfort and safety.
Clinical Management: Administer medications, prepare injections, manage catheters, collect lab samples, and provide specialized wound care.
Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support floor staff (LPNs and CNAs) to maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
Documentation: Accurately monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the medical team and physicians.

Requirements

License: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
Certifications: Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, exceptional staff training abilities, and top-tier customer service skills.
