RN Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Arabella Health & Wellness of Red Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. RN Registered Nurse Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet resident needs

  • Direct the day-to-day tasks of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care

  • Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and compassion in all interactions with residents and colleagues

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:

  • Valid RN nursing license

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

RN Registered Nurse Compensation & Schedule:
$32 - $40 per hour, based on experience

Day Shift: 7am - 7pm
