Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Illinois
