Job Summary:

Kadima at Lakeside, a highly-rated 31-bed facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional nursing services to our residents, delivering personalized care with a focus on their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing individually tailored care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with residents and families

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Must possess a Registered Nurse License in PA
