Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation. Responsibilities:

• Safely prepare and administer prescribed routine oral, subcutaneous, and topical medications.

• Perform essential bedside nursing procedures, including changing sterile dressings, inserting catheters, and collecting routine laboratory specimens.

• Gather vital signs, monitor resident medical status, and interpret basic data to recognize changes in patient condition.

• Initiate immediate corrective actions and notify the supervising RN or physician promptly when a patient displays adverse or unexpected symptoms.

• Document comprehensive clinical care data and report to the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assist in managing individualized care plans.

• Reinforce patient education regarding recovery, surgical follow-up, and ongoing chronic care routines.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

• Dependable clinical technical skills, sharp observation capabilities, and clear documentation practices.

• A compassionate, team-oriented demeanor with a genuine willingness to improve resident lives daily.
