College level: Minimum of Associate degree of nursing.



1 year experience in Labor & Delivery, or Post Partum, and or Nursery and or 1 year experience in Medical/Surgical unit.



If Driving on Company time, must possess valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance. Valid Arizona or Compact States nursing license. FHM class required within 6 months with biannual update. BLS within 60 days of hire. NRP required within 6 months and ACLS preferred. If ACLS certification obtained, BLS not required.
