Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assisted Living team. As a registered nurse at Pearl Pavilion, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients, providing personalized care and support while respecting their independence.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, adhering to evidence-based practices and federal and state regulations
Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and preferences of each resident
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff to promote healthy lifestyles and independence
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
