Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:
Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
Current CPR certification
Basic computer skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing Facility or Nursing Home experience
Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
Onboarding Documents: A photo ID, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
