The likely candidate will be able to perform in all technical aspects of patient care according to established policy and procedure. Collaborates with other members of the health care team. Demonstrate accurate interpretation and documentation of fetal monitor tracing. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of pediatrician standing orders. Identify changing patient needs and alter nursing care appropriately. Accept reassignments to other units as necessary. Communicate with patient, family and members of healthcare team in an effective purposeful manner.
