Job Description

Ready to make a real impact for customers in the beverage distribution industry? At VIP, we're growing fast — and our BizStride Logistics platform is transforming how beverage distributors plan, optimize, and analyze their routes every day. As a Routing Implementation Specialist, you'll be the expert who brings BizStride's Logistics software to life for our customers: guiding them from onboarding through go-live and beyond. If you love solving problems, working directly with people, and building expertise in logistics tech, this role is built for you.

Position Type: Full Time, Remote

What You'll Do

  • Project management
  • Train new and existing customers to use our logistics software
  • Analyze customers’ routing and scheduling operations to determine the best use of our software and services
  • Implement tools and verify customer data required to perform logistics services
  • Provide post-implementation support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills — you're comfortable presenting to end users and management
  • Adaptable and resourceful — you handle shifting priorities and change with confidence
  • Self-directed and collaborative — able to manage multiple projects independently while staying connected with your team
  • Comfortable working with data — prior experience in logistics or routing is a plus, but not required
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to adapt to customer needs

Compensation: $50,000-$62,500/year

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and industry background. The range listed here represents our best faith estimate for the role.
