Kottkes' Bus Service is seeking a self motivated individual to join their Safety team.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Teach classroom
• Behind the wheel training
• Participate in monthly safety meetings
• Conduct annual driver evaluations
• Follow up on discipline reports
• Maintain employee files for compliance
• Effective communication with co-workers, district staff, students, parents, and general public
• Ability to help out with routes on short notice

Qualifications:

• Must have a Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements and 2 years of Safety Training experience.
• Detail oriented
• Computer Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized
• Ability to teach/coach employees
• Ability to multi-task

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate: Andover, MN 55304: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Class B CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements
