ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can own the full revenue acquisition motion at DialNexa. You will be the person who figures out how to get us in the room, runs the conversation once we are there, and closes deals that matter.
This is not a role where you inherit a polished playbook and follow it. You will help build the playbook. You will work across outbound prospecting, inbound demos, and channel partnerships simultaneously, and you will need to be comfortable switching between all three without losing momentum on any of them.
If you have sold to Ed-tech or Real-estate businesses before, that is a big plus. If you have sold AI or SaaS products to mid-size or enterprise teams, even better. If you have done both, let us talk immediately.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Outbound
Build and run outbound sequences targeting decision makers at Ed-tech and Real-estate companies
Identify the right contacts, craft messaging that speaks to their specific pain, and follow through until you get a response
Constantly test and refine your outreach based on what is actually working
Inbound
Own every inbound demo request from first response to closed deal
Run sharp discovery calls, understand the prospect's workflow deeply, and position DialNexa's voice agents as the obvious solution
Keep deals moving and never let a good lead go cold
Channel and Partnerships
Work alongside the marketing team to identify and activate channel partners and referral sources
Build relationships with agencies, consultants, and adjacent platforms that serve our target verticals
Turn partnerships into a consistent source of warm pipeline
Pipeline and Forecasting
Maintain a clean, honest CRM at all times
Give the founders a clear and accurate view of where revenue is coming from and when
Flag risks early, never let deals die quietly
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3 to 6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or AI products
Experience selling into Ed-tech, Real-estate, or enterprise accounts is a strong advantage
Someone who is equally comfortable hunting new business and nurturing inbound leads
You have done outbound from scratch before, and you know it takes consistency, not tricks
Sharp on discovery, you ask the right questions and actually listen to the answers
Confident presenter who can demo a product clearly without over-engineering the pitch
Organised enough to manage a full pipeline without things slipping through the cracks
You use data to make decisions, not just to fill in a report after the fact
THE AI-FIRST REQUIREMENT
Everyone we hire at DialNexa is expected to use AI actively in their work. For sales, that means using tools like Claude, Apollo AI, or similar to research prospects faster, personalise outreach at scale, prepare for calls better, and spend more time actually selling.
