SUMMARY: Sales Advisor’s utilize their superior customer service skills and extensive knowledge of our products (devices, e-juice) to assist our customers in identifying the best product(s) to meet their vaping needs. Sales Advisor’s educate our customers regarding the benefits of vaping and assist our customers in transitioning from traditional tobacco products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and greet customers. Provide a superior customer service experience through demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Continually learn about products to provide accurate information to customers about features, pricing, and return policies. Answer customer questions, recommend products and address customer concerns or issues.
- Educate and enroll customers into our rewards program.
- Effectively utilize the point-of-sale system to capture inventory sold and discounts applied. Process merchandise returns per company policies.
- Participate in stocking and inventorying products and supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store (grand open ready) to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Actively engage in marketing initiatives including activities such as signage displays and waving, distributing coupons, flyers, pamphlets, and informing customers of promotional offers.
- May perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
