Overview
Cumberland Toyota is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process, providing a top-tier dealership experience, and building long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for individuals who are energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping customers find the right vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Guide customers through financing and leasing options
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Toyota lineup and features
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and F&I team
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
