Job Description

BrightStar Care is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez.


This leadership role combines strategy with hands-on field engagement, building strong referral partnerships, developing a high-performing sales team, and driving consistent growth in admissions across both home care and home health services.


You’ll play a key role in strengthening our market presence while creating a scalable, accountable sales culture. 
The ideal candidate brings proven sales leadership experience, thrives in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment, and is passionate about making an impact in the community.


You’ll lead and coach your team, manage the full sales pipeline, and collaborate on marketing initiatives that expand our reach and reputation. The role requires a combination of on‑site office work and regular field engagement within the community.

Base Salary: $83,000-$88,000 plus Bonus and Auto Expense + Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a high‑performing sales team
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans 
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to admissions
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach to expand market presence
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community engagement
  • Track performance metrics and ensure accountability across the sales team
  • Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, integrity, and a service‑driven mindset


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
