Position Summary
Visiting Angels is looking for a high-performing, goal-crushing, Home Care Sales & Referral Representative to accelerate our growth in the highly competitive Springfield market. If you thrive on winning new business, closing deals, and building a strong pipeline, this is your opportunity to make a real impact while earning uncapped income. Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, rehab facilities, senior living communities, case managers, and discharge planners, and more.
  • Pre-qualify referral opportunities and focus efforts on high-conversion accounts.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities.
  • Track referral activity, conversion rates, and account performance using CRM tools.
  • Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to increase brand awareness and referrals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed admission and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development, referral generation, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication, networking, and closing skills.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Align with agency core values.
