HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Primary responsibility is to grow Ferrotec’s business through product sales. Activities include maintaining relationships with assigned strategic customer by serving as a critical liaison between customers and internal teams. This role combines market analysis, customer engagement, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Support Sales Managers in developing and executing account growth strategies.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, forecasts, and solution presentations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, customer KPI monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- Assist in expanding strategic customer footprint by recognizing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Track customer orders through production and delivery to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production, quality, or delivery issues.
- Communicate customer feedback to the organization to identify the need for improvement of existing products or development of new items.
- Coordinate communication with the customer regarding corrective action and/or product design improvements for failed units.
- Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned in the course of business.
- Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Working knowledge of critical semiconductor materials geared towards the Wafer Fabrication Equipment Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with technical documentation and blueprint review is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Mandarin language skill is desired for some product lines.
