Job Description

Springpoint is seeking an experienced Sales Counselor - Monroe Village & Meadow Lakes to join our team!

Springpoint is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team. This position is responsible for selling primarily independent living units, facilitating move-ins and representing the community during the sales process with focus at Monroe Village, consistent with SSL philosophy. They are also responsible for explaining and communicating all the regulations, polices and procedures associated with residency at the community to the prospect and coordinating with administration.

Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for direct sales and market planning activities that result in positive sales activity for the assigned communities Monroe Village and Meadow Lakes.
    • Implements and manages sales standards and meets sales activity and sales ratio goals as determined by the VP of Sales.
    • Ensures implementation of the SSL sales and marketing program requirements and performance expectations.
    • Provides sales assistance through the development of specific measurable objectives and the detailed assessment of the sales process to identity any breakdown or barriers to success, including identification of external market, support team or product issues that impact the sales program.
    • Provides basic training on the CRM- ALINE leads system and monitors accuracy and timeliness of data input by the sales team.
    • Oversees the development and implementation of effective systems to ensure the success of the entire sales process.
    • As directed, conducts sales calls with current and potential referral sources, establishes relationships that result in increased referrals to the community.
    • Prepares and maintains accurate and timely records, analysis and studies as required.
    • Keeps updated about relevant, operational, competitive, and company information.
    • Staffs the office during business hours as directed.
    • Adheres to SSL marketing guidelines.

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, preferred.

      Base Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 / year + commissions

      Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm

      **This position does require travel to various Springpoint communities as needed, primarily between the Monroe Village and Meadow Lakes properties.
