Sales Department Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

Position Overview

Elway Powersports of Lincoln is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Department Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. This full-time position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within the sales department.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sales-related data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Process and organize title work and related documentation
  • File, scan, and maintain sales paperwork and other administrative records
  • Assist with preparing and processing customer and vehicle documentation
  • Support compliance and record-keeping requirements
  • Communicate effectively with sales staff, management, and customers as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

 

Reporting Structure

This position will report directly to the Sales Manager and the Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred

  • Experience with data entry and document management

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Professional communication and customer service skills

  • Powersports dealership experience is a plus, but not required
