About Us

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative. The SDR will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should be able to lead and motivate themselves to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, they should be able to deliver high-performance Demonstrations and closing calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow pipeline

  • Set and track sales targets

  • Implement improvements in your sales process

  • Coordinate and meet all department & project deadlines

  • Report on sales metrics

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

  • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

  • Research and discover methods to increase pipe-line and conversion

  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales

  • Minimum quota of 150 calls per work day

Qualifications

  • Proven pipeline/conversion & closing ratio

  • Hands on experience with CRM software

  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude

Base Pay: $40-65k (based on Exp.) + commission


Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Inside Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
