Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a growing Ford dealership in a strong rural market. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance, and building lasting customer relationships in a community-focused environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Manage daily sales activities, customer traffic, and follow-up processes.
Train and coach sales consultants on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer experience.
Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
Review CRM activities and ensure consistent prospect follow-up.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent.
Help develop marketing and community outreach initiatives that drive showroom traffic.
What We're Looking For
Automotive sales management experience preferred.
Ford dealership experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Proven track record of increasing sales volume and profitability.
CRM proficiency and understanding of digital lead management.
High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
