Boudreaux's New Drug Store will serve the patient-physician need by preparing CUSTOM FORMULATIONS. Upon physician request, medications will be prepared according to the patient's demographic and specific etiological requirements.

Areas of focus in pharmaceutical care will include but are not limited to, medication problem-solving, customized hormone replacement therapy for men and women, diabetes (shoe program), wound care, pain management, nutraceutical support, drug regimen reviews, and medication case management.

About the Role:
The Sales Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for their assigned sales representatives and clinic accounts, ensuring seamless communication between providers, the sales team, and the pharmacy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable sales reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and business intelligence software.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Project management experience or certification.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data visualization.
Responsibilities:
1. Provider Onboarding
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring new clinics have a smooth onboarding experience.
Duties:
- Create new provider accounts.
- Send welcome emails and portal login information.
- Assist providers with the portal ordering process.
- Answer basic questions regarding:
- Portal navigation
- Product offerings
- Pricing
- Ordering procedures
- Shipping expectations
- Coordinate provider training sessions when needed.
- Ensure all required onboarding documentation is completed.
2. Sales Team Support
Each Sales Operations Coordinator will work directly with the sales representatives assigned to their territory and serve as their primary internal resource.
Duties:
- Support assigned territory sales representatives with day-to-day needs.
- Assist with:
- Shipment tracking.
- Medication and formulary questions.
- Provider account updates.
- New account setup.
- Act as the eyes and ears for the assigned sales reps within the pharmacy.
- Maintain communication between the pharmacy and field sales team.
- Help ensure sales representatives have the tools and information necessary to succeed.
3. Problem Resolution
Sales Operations Coordinators play a key role in resolving provider concerns quickly and professionally.
Duties:
- Work closely with the Shipping Department to monitor delays and delivery issues.
- Coordinate replacement shipments when appropriate.
- Partner with the Billing Department regarding credits and redo’s
- Assist with order discrepancies and provider concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain timely communication with providers throughout the resolution process.
4. Reporting Sales Support
Sales Operations Coordinators should be proficient in generating and interpreting reports to support management and sales operations. \
Duties:
- Run basic reports from the pharmacy platform and CRM systems.
- Provide account and sales activity updates to management.
- Track provider onboarding progress.
- Monitor territory growth and account activity.
- Assist with data collection for special projects and business initiatives.
