Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new leads into long-term clients
- Consult with individuals and businesses to assess their insurance needs and provide customized coverage options
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Deliver superior customer service through regular client contact and policy reviews
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
- Stay up to date on insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations
- Effectively use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Participate in team meetings and support agency-wide sales initiatives
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; insurance experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
- Confident making outbound calls and closing sales.
- Experience in consultative sales with individual consumers or small business clients.
- Experience with personal lines and life insurance products preferred.
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license.
