Job Description
Our firm is seeking to add a talented and highly motivated, fully licensed insurance professional to our agency located in Fort Scott, KS. We are specifically looking for a career-minded sales professional/CSR.

Sales Agent/CSR

You will be responsible for verifying insurance and generating quotes for both commercial and personal policies, handling calls, faxes, and emails from current and prospective customers. Additional responsibilities include processing correspondence, quotes, policies, and data into our Agency Management System. More commission opportunity with Outside Sales, after regular office hours. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Property & Casualty Insurance license 
  • Ability to evaluate insurance coverage and offer the appropriate solutions
  • Effectively manage sales and service processes
  • Work efficiently in a team environment
  • Previous sales experience in a fast-paced insurance agency is a plus.
  • One year Insurance Sales preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
