Job Title: Sales Representative
FLSA Status: Exempt (Salary)
Pay Range: $55,000-$100,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (HR)
- Prepare quotes and respond to RFP’s for potential customers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
- Prospect; Sets appointments with prospects
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Provide timely feedback and advice to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns based upon an analysis and evaluation of situations as they arise and develop policies, practices and courses of action to improve customer relations.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product availability, based upon an analysis and evaluation of Company product and resources.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Promote and educate customers on Kuna-branded products and tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, customer service, and operations teams.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses. Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
- Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.
- Meet requirements of the Vehicle Safety Program.

- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant or Food service Product Knowledge preferred.
- Previous Sales; Business Development and/or Account Management Experience preferably in a distribution operation
Physical Demands
- Lift/carry laptop and product weighing 1-40 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs., to and from will-call, customer locations, etc.
