                                     CleanAire Account Representative - Deodorizing Division

The CleanAire Sales Representative for Spiffy's Deodorizing Division is a results-driven, customer-focused professional responsible for growing revenue across the NuVinAir and Smart Tumbler product lines. This role targets B2B partners including automotive dealerships, fleet operators, car rental companies, auto detailers, and hospitality businesses that rely on premium deodorizing solutions to elevate their customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a field sales environment, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds targets. Experience working with major car rental companies is a plus.

Requirements

 What You'll Be Doing 

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and close B2B accounts across assigned territory (auto dealerships, fleet operators, rental agencies, detailing shops, hospitality)
  • Sell and demo NuVinAir and Smart Tumbler solutions tailored to each client's needs
  • Build and execute a territory sales plan to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Manage pipeline in CRM, keeping leads, opportunities, and deal stages up to date   

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts; conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with operations and customer success to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Address client concerns promptly, escalating when needed

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy and positioning
  • Partner with the Deodorizing Division marketing team to deploy campaigns and collateral in the field
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to represent brands and generate leads
  • Share field insights with product and leadership teams

Required

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience (automotive services, specialty chemicals, or related fields preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-directed; able to manage a territory independently
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent); Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Valid driver's license; willing to travel within territory

Preferred

  • Experience with dealerships, fleet companies, or car rental networks
  • Familiarity with odor elimination, air quality, or detailing products
  • Existing automotive or hospitality relationships
  • Field product demonstration experience
