Requirements

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable

• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within a designated timeframe

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency


Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

• Communicate with our hot leads

• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

• Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities

• Develop new Financial Service opportunities

• Ask each customer for referral and explain our referral program

• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products

• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources

• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists

• Work independently and as part of a team
