We are looking for a Residential Generator Sales Representative who is passionate about sustainability, driven by results, and experienced in sales. This is an exciting opportunity to represent industry-leading products and grow your sales career.  

Position Overview 
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting on-site assessments, delivering customized quotes, and guiding clients through the purchasing process. You will play a key role in expanding our residential home standby generator services across the region.  

Key Responsibilities 
·       Conducting appointments with customers based on incoming leads 
·       Visiting customer locations, and educating homeowners on the product
·       Analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together  
·       Processing orders and supplying office staff with all required documentation 
·       Managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed 
·       Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system 
·       Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales 
·       Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
·       Conducting site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
·       Collaborating with engineering, operations, and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
·       Maintaining CRM records, track leads, and report progress to management

 
 Requirements
·       Highly motivated and target-driven 
·       Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills 
·       Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills 
·       Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

 Preferred Skills: 
·        Mechanical or electrical background
