**Job Title:** Sales Representative

**Job Type:** Contractor/Commission Base/Residual

**Location:** Atlanta, GA

**Job Hour:** Team building meetings are on Mondays: 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM and Fridays: 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM. In-person staff meetings are once a month on Tuesdays.

**Commission Range:** $ 5-$100 per sale/Up to $2500 residual

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Healing Souls Counseling LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our business by building relationships with the community and promoting our services. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about community development, mental and spiritual health and enjoys connecting with others.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, businesses, and individuals to promote our services

- Conduct outreach activities such as attending events, giving presentations, and networking to generate leads and referrals

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns

- Track sales activities, update customer information, and prepare reports regularly

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

-Outgoing and self-motivating

- Knowledge of mental health services is a plus
