We are seeking a motivated, traveling Sales Representative / Account Manager to drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering professional tree care solutions. This role includes property consultations, proposal development, account management, and participation in trade shows and client meetings.
This position follows a structured training program to ensure proficiency in systems, scope development, and field sales before full independent selling.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree care needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present professional proposals using company sales tools and software
- Utilize CRM and mapping systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations to ensure jobs are completed per contract and client expectations
- Participate in trade shows and company events
- Set sales goals with supervisor and work toward achieving performance targets
- Manage administrative duties related to sales and account management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable using CRM, Quickbooks, and technology tools
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to problem-solve and resolve customer concerns
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking properties
