We're seeking a dedicated and service-minded Insurance Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this client-focused role, you'll manage both sales and service responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a stable job history and a passion for delivering excellent service in a structured and supportive environment.
Base Salary: $47,000-$55,000 based on experience plus a very reachable bonus structure.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00-5:30 PM

Requirements
- Stable work history with a focus on long-term growth
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office setting
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Professional communication and phone etiquette
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and present customized coverage solutions
- Close new business and cross-sell additional products to existing clients
- Manage policy changes, client inquiries, and account updates
- Handle objections and win back former clients with confidence and care
- Maintain accurate records and deliver top-tier client service at every touchpoint
