The Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business opportunities within an assigned business line, focusing on driving growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You will:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitality, healthcare, or interiors sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct discovery calls, site visits, and service presentations to understand customer needs
- Assist in prepration of proposals, quotes, and customized service solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate internally with estimating, operations, and project management teams to deliver seamless service
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and onsite client meetings
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales with a strong drive to grow new and existing business.
- Experienced with B2B consultative sales.
- Previous experience selling premium services, managed services, or solutions in hospitality, healthcare, logistics, or facilities environments is a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) is helpful.
