What You’ll Do
- Conduct residential property inspections for storm-related damage (roofing, siding, gutters, windows)
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters to agree on scope of work and pricing
- Document claims with detailed notes and photos
- Manage projects from inspection through completion and payment collection
- Generate new business through direct outreach in high-opportunity areas
- Provide leadership, training, and support to sales team members (for management candidates)
- Coordinate with internal teams including production and supplements

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (required)
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs daily
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license
Roofing experience is a plus, but not required — we provide industry-leading training.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Saturdays as needed during peak roofing season
