What Our Sales Reps Do

Our Independent and Statutory Sales Representatives play a vital role in growing our business by:





  • Calling on convenience stores, grocery stores, and travel centers to open new accounts and grow existing ones




  • Merchandising product lines and recommending new solutions to increase store profitability




  • Developing local relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and expanding Lynco’s brand presence




  • Maintaining a consistent service schedule while actively pursuing new opportunities in the territory




  • Partnering with internal teams and regional sales management to meet performance goals and support long-term customer success





Compensation Models





  • 1099 Independent Contractor: Commission-based structure with strong earning potential, flexibility, and access to established accounts




  • Statutory Employee Model: Base salary + commission, with insurance and 401(k) benefits available
